You can book your party online! Take a look at our "Calendar" tab for availability and book directly through the "BOOK NOW" link below the calendar. If you need help with booking your party, you may also email us at redpandapartybooking@gmail.com. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to your scheduled party date.
Our Party Package includes exclusive access to our venue for 3 hours (2 hours play + 1 hour set-up/clean-up). We will also provide tables and chairs. We have add-ons available if you wish to add tablecloths, utensils, coffee service, or any decor. Otherwise, guests are welcome to bring their own. We ask that balloons be pre-filled before bringing them in as we cannot assist with inflating customer's balloons. While outside food is permitted with our Party Package, we do not provide any equipment for keeping food hot or cold, and open flames are not allowed on the premises. Any excess cleaning will incur a $100 cleaning fee. No alcohol is allowed.
We allow balloons, themed tablecloths and backdrops. We do not allow nails/holes in the wall, confetti, piñatas, flammable materials, or silly string. Non-damaging wall adhesive may be used with prior notice and approval. All decorations should be appropriate and safe for kids. We reserve the right to remove any decorations that are deemed inappropriate. You may drop off your own themed party supplies - such as backdrop, themed paper plates, napkins and utensils, if any, 1-2 days before your party for us to set up.
You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your party with a list of questions for your party. Please reply to the reminder email as soon as possible so we can set up your party accordingly.
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate a one-time rescheduling of your party with at least 2 weeks' notice, free of charge. Please send us an email to request the reschedule, keeping in mind that it will be subject to availability. However, it's important to note that deposits are non-refundable and can only be applied to the rescheduled booking.
