Red Panda Play Space, LLC Policies:

All guests must complete a waiver before playing.
Red Panda Play Space, LLC is a shoe-free space and all guest must wear non-skid socks.
For the health and safety of everyone who visits Red Panda Play Space, LLC, children and adults, with visible signs of illness (cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc) will be asked to come back when they feel better.
Red Panda Play Space, LLC is a parent-supervised indoor playspace. Parents/caregivers are required to be responsible for their children at all times. Red Panda Play Space, LLC does not provide childcare services or supervision. At no time is Red Panda Play Space, LLC staff responsible for any child.
We realize and respect that every caregiver has their own parenting style. To help maintain the safety of children and adults at Red Panda Play Space, LLC, we ask that if you observe any challenging, unsafe, or disturbing behavior, to inform a staff member.
All children visiting Red Panda Play Space, LLC should play in a safe manner especially when around our younger visitors. If they are behaving in ways that endanger or could potentially harm another child (such as running, throwing toys, pushing furniture around, etc), we may ask that family to leave.
Food and beverages are not permitted within the play areas. However, snacks can be enjoyed at the designated tables. While Red Panda Play Space, LLC recommends that guests refrain from bringing any food items containing nuts or with strong odors.
No pets or animals, please. Only registered service animals are allowed at Red Panda Play Space, LLC
At Red Panda Play Space, LLC, celebrations are not permitted during open play hours. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing cake, presents, singing, or any other celebratory activities. However, we are delighted to offer private parties and other events.
