Red Panda Play Space Policies

• All guests must complete a waiver before playing.
• Red Panda Play Space is a shoe-free space and all guests must wear non-skid socks.
• For the health and safety of everyone who visits Red Panda Play Space, anyone with visible signs of illness (cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc.) will be asked to reschedule their visit.
• Red Panda Play Space is a parent-supervised indoor play space. Parents/caregivers are required to be present and responsible for their children at all times. Red Panda Play Space does not provide childcare services or supervision. At no time is Red Panda Play Space staff responsible for any child.
• We realize and respect that every caregiver has their own parenting style. To help maintain the safety of children and adults at Red Panda Play Space, we ask anyone who observes any challenging, unsafe, or disturbing behavior, to inform a staff member.
• All children visiting Red Panda Play Space should play in a safe manner, especially when around our younger visitors. If they are behaving in ways that endanger or could potentially harm another child (such as running, throwing toys, pushing furniture around, etc.), we may ask that family to leave.
• Food and beverages are not permitted within the play areas.
• No pets or animals, please. Only registered service animals are allowed.
• At Red Panda Play Space, celebrations are not permitted during open play hours. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing cake, presents, singing, or any other celebratory activities. However, we are delighted to offer private parties and other events. For more information, please reach out to us via email. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Party Package Terms and Conditions:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Outside food is allowed, but please avoid food with strong odors or nuts. No alcohol allowed.  While outside food is permitted, we do not provide any equipment for keeping food hot or cold, and open flames are not allowed on the premises. Please remove any excessive leftover food and drinks after the party. If we have to do excessive cleaning, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. 
• We allow balloons, themed tablecloths and backdrops. We do not allow nails/holes in the wall, confetti, piñatas, flammable materials, or silly string.  Non-damaging wall adhesive may be used with advance notice and approval. All decorations should be appropriate and safe for kids. We reserve the right to remove any decorations that are deemed inappropriate.
• We ask that you bring in pre-filled balloons as we do not assist with inflating balloons.
• All guests, adults and kids, must wear socks inside the play area. Kids need non-skid socks. You may purchase our socks on site if needed. 
• All guests MUST exit by the designated end time. A $50 Overtime Fee will apply for every 5 mins after the designated end time. 
• Red Panda Play Space reserves the right to stop the party at any time if any inappropriate and/or aggressive (verbal or physical) behaviors are observed that may caused harm to any guests or Red Panda Play Space staff members. No refund will be issued.
