The Essential Party Package

Enjoy exclusive access to Red Panda Play Space with the essential amenities and support you need to host a fun, stress-free celebration.

Bring your favorite food, cake and decorations—we’ll provide the private venue, party furniture and on-site assistance.

Peak Hours Rate (before 3pm): $700

Standard Hours Rate (after 3pm): $600

• Two hours of exclusive private party time
• 30 minutes before the party for setup
• Additional time may be added for $200 per hour, subject to availability
• All guests and belongings must exit by the scheduled end time

Your package includes admission for:

• Up to 15 children
• Up to 25 adults
• Up to 40 guests total

Additional guests may be added with advance approval and are subject to venue capacity:

• Additional child: $25
• Additional adult: $20

• Exclusive use of the Red Panda Play Space facility
• One dedicated on-site party host
• Kid-sized and adult-sized tables and chairs
• Complimentary colored tablecloths
• Complementary backdrop from our available selections
• Private bathroom reserved for your party guests
• Assistance with the party timeline
• Cake-cutting and serving assistance
• General party-area and play-space cleanup after the celebration

Your party host will help:

• Welcome and direct your guests
• Prepare the tables and chairs before the party
• Keep the play space organized during the celebration
• Coordinate playtime, food and cake
• Assist the birthday child or guest of honor
• Keep the celebration running on schedule
• Complete general cleanup after the party

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

You are welcome to bring your own:

• Food
• Birthday cake and desserts
• Non-alcoholic beverages
• Disposable tableware and serving supplies

There is no outside-food fee.

Please avoid food containing nuts or strong odors. Alcohol, cooking, open flames and food-warming equipment are not permitted. Food and beverages must remain in the designated party area and are not allowed inside the play areas.

You are welcome to bring your own family-friendly decorations.

Please do not use:

• Nails, pins or tacks
• Confetti or glitter
• Piñatas
• Silly string
• Flammable materials
• Decorations that may damage the walls, furniture or play equipment

Tape or non-damaging adhesive may be used with advance approval. Balloons must arrive pre-inflated.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Parties reserved less than two weeks before the event require full payment at the time of booking.

Prices, policies and availability are subject to change. Additional cleaning and overtime fees may apply when applicable.
