Peak Hours Rate (before 3pm): $1,300

Standard Hours Rate (after 3pm): $1,200

• Two hours of exclusive private party time
• 30 minutes before the party for setup
• Additional time may be added for $200 per hour, subject to availability
• All guests and personal belongings must exit the facility by the scheduled end time

• Up to 25 adults
• Up to 40 guests total

Additional guests may be added with advance approval and are subject to venue capacity:

We will create a coordinated party display inspired by your selected theme, preferred colors, and available design options.

Décor may include:

• Themed table coverings and disposable tableware
• Setup and removal of all included décor

The final design and included décor will be confirmed during the party-planning process.

Licensed characters, fresh flowers, custom printing, specialty props, oversized balloon installations, and other premium requests may require an additional fee.

Your dedicated host will help:

• Welcome and direct your guests
• Complete the included party setup
• Arrange tables, chairs, and décor
• Prepare and lead the children’s activity
• Help manage the party schedule
• Assist with food and cake service
• Support the birthday child or guest of honor
• Keep the play and party areas organized
• Complete general cleanup after the event

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Before your event, we will work with you to confirm:

• Food and cake schedule

Final selections are subject to availability and the scope of the package.

You are welcome to bring your own food, birthday cake, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages at no additional charge.

Please avoid food containing nuts or strong odors. Alcohol, cooking, open flames, and food-warming equipment are not permitted.

All food and beverages must remain in the designated party area.

A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Your party theme, activity, and décor selections must be finalized at least two weeks before the event. Earlier confirmation is recommended for highly customized themes or specialty requests.

Parties booked less than two weeks before the event require full payment at the time of booking and may have limited activity, décor, or product availability.
